1. Who is responsible

“Silk Dragon Import” LLC (“we”) is a limited liability company registered in Uzbekistan (taxpayer ID / STIR 313 177 405). Legal address: House 119, 7th Lane, Orifon Street, Abduholiq Gijduvoniy mahalla, Bukhara City, Bukhara Region, Uzbekistan. We publish Maktabimda and are the controller of personal data collected through the app. Contact: support@maktabimda.uz.

2. Data we collect

• Account: phone number, display name, optional profile photo, bio, birthday, region, workplace.
• School context: selected school, class years, class letter, membership role, seat in the classroom.
• Content you create: chat messages, photos (memories), comments, events, reports.
• App activity: last seen time, presence, classroom interactions (for example throws and seat claims).
• Device: push notification token and platform, so we can deliver chat and classroom alerts.
• Support: emails you send to us.

We do not require payment card data in the current product.

3. Why we use it

To create and secure your account, place you in the correct class, show your profile to classmates, operate chat and classroom features, moderate abuse, send optional push notifications, and improve reliability.

4. Sharing

Classmates in your class can see profile information you choose to show, plus content you post in that class. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, object storage, push delivery) only to run the service. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users from harm.

5. Retention

We keep account and class content while the account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data except where we must keep a limited record (for example, to enforce a ban or a legal obligation).

6. Your choices

You can edit profile fields in the app, including phone and birthday visibility. To export or delete your account, email support@maktabimda.uz from a reachable contact and include the phone number on the account. See also Support.

7. Children

Maktabimda is designed for school classmates and alumni in Uzbekistan. If you are below the digital-consent age in your country, a parent or guardian should help you register. We do not knowingly collect data from children in a way that is inconsistent with applicable law. Parents may contact us to request deletion.

8. Security

Access to user APIs requires a session token. Passwords for the operator panel are stored using a one-way hash. No method is perfect; please use the app only on devices you control.

9. International processing

Servers may be located outside Uzbekistan. By using the app you understand that your data may be processed in the country where our infrastructure is hosted.

10. Changes

We will post updates on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.

11. Ads, purchases, tracking

No third-party advertising. No real-money in-app purchases in the current version. Classroom cosmetics use in-app points. We do not use the advertising identifier to track you across apps. Firebase Analytics collection is disabled. Push uses Firebase Cloud Messaging.

12. Device permissions

Camera and photos: optional, for class memories. Notifications: optional. Internet: required. We do not ask for location, contacts, or microphone.

13. This website

The site stores a language preference in local storage on your browser. We do not set advertising cookies.
