Удаление аккаунта

In the app (instant)

Open Maktabimda → Profile → Delete account, confirm once, and the account and every piece of data tied to it (chat messages, memories, classroom activity, Premium status) are deleted immediately.

Without the app

If you can't open the app, we can delete it for you:

  1. Email support@maktabimda.uz from an address we can reply to.
  2. Subject: Delete account.
  3. Write the phone number registered in Maktabimda (E.164, for example +998…).
  4. We verify the request and delete personal data within 7 days.

We may keep a limited record (banned phone or legal hold) as described in the Privacy Policy. Class photos you posted may be removed or anonymized.

Uninstalling the app from the phone does not delete the server account. Use one of the methods above.

Ilova ichida (darhol)

Maktabimda → Profil → Hisobni o‘chirish bosing va bir marta tasdiqlang — hisobingiz va unga bog‘liq barcha ma’lumot (chat, xotiralar, sinf xonasidagi faoliyat, Premium holati) darhol o‘chiriladi.

Ilovasiz

Ilovaga kira olmasangiz:

  1. support@maktabimda.uz ga yozing.
  2. Mavzu: Hisobni o‘chirish.
  3. Ilovadagi telefon raqamini yozing.
  4. Tasdiqlab, odatda 7 kun ichida o‘chiramiz.

Ilovani o‘chirish serverdagi hisobni o‘chirmaydi — yuqoridagi usullardan birini ishlating.

В приложении (мгновенно)

Maktabimda → Профиль → Удалить аккаунт, подтвердите один раз — аккаунт и все связанные данные (чаты, воспоминания, активность в классе, статус Premium) удаляются немедленно.

Без приложения

Если у вас нет доступа к приложению:

  1. Письмо на support@maktabimda.uz.
  2. Тема: Удалить аккаунт.
  3. Укажите телефон из Maktabimda.
  4. Удаляем персональные данные обычно за 7 дней.

Удаление приложения с телефона не удаляет аккаунт на сервере — используйте один из способов выше.
